Fish
5 slices bacon, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 potatoes, diced
2 cups water
2 cups milk
1 lb. fish fillets
1 cup kernel corn, (frozen or canned)
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
In a heavy saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat. Pour off fat. Stir in onions and cook until soft.
Add potatoes and water. Simmer, covered, until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk, fish and corn. Cook until fish flakes, about 5 min. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
